This group is beneficial for people of all ages and all backgrounds.

Ellie has been running laughter sessions since March 2013. She is certified as laughter yoga leader. She is trained in NLP and has 7 years of experience running games and activities for various youth groups.

Clinical research conducted at Bangalore, India and in the United States has proved that Laughter lowers the level of stress hormones (epinephrine, cortisol, etc) in the blood.

    Pretending to laugh on the busy public place isn't really my cup of coffee. In my opinion it wasn't organised, he was improvisating and in the end he asked for extra money. Unfortunately won't be coming again, sorry....
