In our 90-minute training session, you will:

kicks and counterattacks of Krav Maga
- Experience and practice the four
core principles of Krav Maga - simple, direct, efficient and controlled

learnt in partner work, shadow fighting and light sparring

Krav Maga is direct, simple and efficient. It was developed in the 1940's as a reality-based self-defence and counterattack system. Once used by the Israeli special forces and military, today it has many military, security and civilian applications. Krav Maga is fast to learn and was designed to be effective in real-life situations against larger, stronger, attackers, multiple attackers and armed attackers (knives, guns, bats, bottles, etc.) making it a perfect self-defence system for women and men.
At Eitan Krav Maga you will be trained by professional, qualified instructors (male and female) in a friendly, welcoming and safety-driven environment.
After your 90-minute training session you will have the opportunity to continue your training as Eitan Krav Maga provides high quality self-defence training throughout South London, 5 days a week. We are a part of the largest Krav Maga federation in the world today, the FEKM, with over 20,000 members.
