A 90 minute class to introduce newcomers to Hotpod Yoga for the first time. A slowed-down version of the regular Hotpod Flow class, the instructor will provide more demonstration, more detailed explanation and will work through the full series of postures for maximum comprehension and comfort. An ideal way to step into the pod for the first time - it'll leave you perfectly prepared for the future!
The 37 degree heat and immersive ambience will melt you deeper into your practice, while the Hotpod teacher will carefully and personally guide you through a flow of postures that will open your body, work your heart and calm your mind in equal measure.
Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early, bring water and a towel. Classes begin and doors will be locked at the listed time, and late arrivals will not be permitted entry.
