Fundamental Pilates is a steady class aimed to rebuild and reconnect the smaller muscles within the spine and stomach area to strengthen posture and relieve back pain.

Improve posture, balance and get out of pain and discomfort from joints in particular the back. 

Mats and Pilates equipment is provided. 

The class is suitable for all experience and fitness levels.

Directions: From the DLR, Main Stations and Woolwich Town Centre Bus Stops - 5 - 10 minute walk Walk away from the large Tesco and cross the A206 at the traffic lights and turn right along the A206.  Take your first left down the walk way between the buildings and then right and you are at Bentham House the entrance is situated at the far end of the building. Driving From Plumstead Roundabout turn left onto Tom Cribb Road, go straight over the roundabout onto Duke of Wellington Avenue, turn left onto Arsenal Way and Bentham House is situated on the corner as the road bares to the right.  Parking is available.  To park please go into reception and advise them you are here to visit YourStyle Fitness and they will provide you with a fob to park your car in the underground car park.  On your first visit please leave plenty of time as parking is on the lower ground floor.
