What to wear:

Gymwear / clothes you can move freely in + trainers.

What to bring:

  • A bottle of water.
  • a mat if you have one, a towel if not. 
  • enthusiasm (although I will certainly help you with that!)

This is suitable for all experience levels and not about being the best dancer, its just about having a laugh and keeping fit.
