This FitMiBODY Strength and Conditioning class focuses on the areas of
your core and hips.
Within a small group (maximum 8), you'll be
taught correct technique and form, you'll be strengthening these body
parts using various exercise equipment taught by our specialist
Equipment includes kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands
etc and various cardio workouts including prowler sprints, rowing and
more for conditioning.
A great way to target the specific body parts you
want to work on as well as strengthening and toning your body.
