In your Belly Dance classes, you will learn core moves, technique, and rhythms. You will begin to develop lean muscle strength, elongate and tone your whole body. Classes will focus on the fundamental principles of Belly Dance. Moves will be broken down, rehearsed and practiced together in short combinations. We will focus on posture and persona. 

Belly Dance has endless benefits. It improves your fitness, flexibility and coordination level as it leaves you feeling extremely energize and rejuvenated. Belly Dance will take you on a self -discovering journey, explore your feminine side, increase your self-esteem and tone your whole body while learning a new skill.  Students are advised to bring comfortable clothing for example leggings and a vest. In terms of footwear, dance slippers or a pair of socks would be ideal. Coin belts will be given as complimentary and last but not least, a bottle of water.


The classes are suitable for complete beginners at all fitness levels. Belly Dance can be practised by women at any age.  Moves are carefully explained and broken down. Each student will be gently guided and given personally tailored feedback.
