Aerial Yoga uses a low hanging hammock to support the weight of your body. This allows you to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort. Using hammocks allows for much deeper stretches, strengthening of shoulders and core abdominal muscles as well as  exploration of challenging yoga positions. Join us for this Aerial Yoga Class in London to gain increased flexibility, improved posture and a relaxed and peaceful state of mind.
